The sculpture was immediately set in Bishop Maximus’s study so that the sacred image of the Saviour would give the hierarch strength for his everyday archpastor’s work. The head of the Foundation’s regional department Nikolai Igorevich Goryachkin and the director of the Russkaya Opera musical theatre Nadezhda Nivinskaya also expressed their congratulations.
